Melissa is a licensed clinical social worker who has practiced for over 20 years in the states of New York and New Jersey. She holds a Masters in Social Work from New York University and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. In addition, Melissa has received training in Couples Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family as well as training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Training Institute for Mental Health.
Melissa specializes in working with couples to strengthen their relationships through improved communication. She is a professional divorce mediator and helps couples work through the challenges of divorce in a collaborative, peaceful way.
She helps individuals make positive changes to overcome what is holding them back from achieving their personal goals and having successful relationships.
